HELIX international warranty

Your HELIX Watches is internationally warranted by Vertime B.V. for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase under the terms of this warranty.

This warranty is only valid if your watch was purchased from an authorized HELIX retailer and if the warranty certificate has been duly filled in, signed and stamped by the retailer. For purchases for helix-watches.com the data stated in the invoice of the purchase replaces the information needed in the warranty card.

This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship existing at the time your HELIX Watches was sold. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, theft or loss of the watch. Also excluded from the warranty are the strap or bracelet, the battery and the crystal glass, as well as damage caused by wear and tear and all direct or indirect damage caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Any intervention on the watch by repairers not duly authorized by Vertime B.V. shall void this warranty.
